One of BC’s most popular craft brewers as announced on its website that it’s bringing back its Winter Beeracle for the winter season.
The brewery says that this year’s brew is a smooth winter ale with a rich malt base and flavours of dark chocolate and orange. Hops are Centennial and Willamete, with Malts being 2 Row, Chocolate, Honey, Munich, Aroma, and Chateau Monastique. Alcohol is 7% ABV, with an IBU:24. Full ingredients list is: water, malted barley, hops, yeast, cocoa, and orange.
Dead Frog was launched in 2007, with its Nut Brown Ale as its corner stone. The brewery has moved to a new larger facility in Langley, which has a tasting room and a small kitchen.
