BC brewer Russell Brewing Company has released Belgian Dubble, a 7.5% ABV, announces Canadian Beer News.

Russell says that this is a traditional dark Belgian-Style Beer with notes of dark fruit, caramelized sugars, and spice. While this may sound like dessert in a glass it remains balanced with a dry finish and a refreshing effervescence.

The beer will be the first in a series of Belgian-inspired beers.
