Phillips Brewing & Malting Co. has teamed up with Vancouver’s Whitecaps FC to create a special limited-edition craft beer called “Village Hero.” Inspired by the Whitecaps and featuring the artwork of Carson Ting which was used in a limited run of prints, this special 473ml can share the spirit of the nightly seven o’clock ovations for frontline workers. 100% of proceeds from Village Hero will go towards the Vancouver Food Bank.

This special release craft brew is light and fresh, emulating the hops and flavours of an IPA. However, exuding the notes of brightness and accessibility of a blonde ale along with its low ABV makes for some smooth drinking.

This limited release will be available while supplies last at private craft-focused liquor stores in the Vancouver area.
