Visit Hershey & Harrisburg, Pennsylvania have created a new way to experience craft beer.  The Brew Barons Beer Trail is an interactive craft beer adventure featuring more than 20 breweries and tasting locations all within 20 miles of Pennsylvania’s Capital City.

Participating breweries offer creative flavors in unique tasting atmospheres where patrons can gather to enjoy great craft beer and good company – just like the “original” Brew Barons did many years ago.

While the Brew Barons project was well underway and near completion prior to the pandemic-related closures, it is beginning the launch now as breweries reopen to customers.  As travellers lean toward day trips and shorter overnight stays, Visit Hersey & Harrisburg are able to promote this Beer Trail experience as an ideal getaway to a growing Beer Tourism market.  The mobile app features links to hotel packages and other things to do in the region in addition to sampling the local craft beer.
