Yoho Brewing Innovates with Fish-Infused IPAs

YOHO Brewing was founded in 1996 in Nagano, Japan, and has since grown into one of the most renowned craft beer breweries in Japan and growing traction worldwide winning several awards along the way. Yoho Brewing’s Sorry Umami IPA is a craft beer with an extremely unique flavour profile. Brewed with umami that is extracted from Katsuobushi (bonito flakes), a type of Japanese tuna, this beer has a 6.5% ABV rating. Sorry Umami IPA is infused with tropical flavors during the fermentation process, eliminating the taste of fish and rounding out the beer with a more fruity and refreshing profile.
