2023 Canada Games Host Society Names its Official Beer

The 2023 Canada Games Host Society in Charlottetown, PEI, has named Lone Oak as the official craft beer provider for their upcoming winter games.

Lone Oak’s product lineup will be made available at all Canada Games events leading up to and during the 16 days of the games from February 18 to March 5, 2023.

The locally owned and operated craft brewery will also have exclusive pouring rights at the main festival site.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Lone Oak Brewing Co. to the Canada Games family,” said 2023 Canada Games Host Society volunteer VP Jonathan Ross.

“This partnership will enhance our hosting and hospitality programs and will provide significant visibility and engagement opportunities for the Lone Oak brand and its products.”

The brewery has also unveiled a new can design for Fixed Link, their flagship Maritime Pilsner, to kick off the partnership and celebrate the upcoming games.

The product design includes the vibrant greens and blues of the 2023 brand colours and features 20 pictograms representing every sport that will be played at the games on P.E.I.

The special edition cans are now available for a limited time at Lone Oak locations and P.E.I. Liquor stores across the Island.
