Three Lakes Brewing finally welcomed customers on August 9 after more than two years of planning, slogging through labour, and awaiting the necessary permits.

Three Okanagan women—Melanie Raby, her daughter Tara, and friend and business partner Cathy van Kesteren—came up with the concept as our team told the tale back in April, and now their moment has come.

The good news is that tasting flights are accessible while awaiting the final authorization. 

At the moment, the brewery’s core beer lineup consists of Hook, Line and Sinker IPA, Berry Wheaty Ale, Barley’s Angel Ale Barley Wine, Lake Minded Lager, and Wake Surf Sour.
