Vancouver Island, home to some of Canada’s first craft breweries, is experiencing a decline in business as per capita beer purchases are at their lowest level in history. Two Victoria breweries, Spinnakers and Phillips, are exploring non-alcoholic beverage opportunities to boost their business.
