Collingwood couple Dana Kaluzny and Mike Noonan have opened their long-awaited brewery, Endswell Beer, on Elm Street in Collingwood. The goal is to create a comfortable, cozy atmosphere with preloved decor and a basement party atmosphere. 

Despite facing challenges and roadblocks, Kaluzny and Noonan remained focused on their vision, which was inspired by their travels across North America to various breweries. 

Kaluzny runs the front of the house, while Noonan is the brew master. They currently have eight beers available, with five on tap, but are constantly working on new recipes. As a small batch brewery, they rotate selections and have something to look forward to. 

The most popular beer is Maris and Mosaic, made with Maris malt and mosaic hops. The beer was a test batch brewed to get used to the equipment, and has received great response from customers. The couple is grateful for the support and love from the community.
