The 2021 film is one hour, 29 minutes long and is directed by Aaron Hosé.

Less than 2 percent of brewmaster-brewery owners are African American in the multi-billion-dollar industry, organizers said. The film lays out the origins of beer from its roots in Egyptian and African cultures to its current state. This movie outlines how Black brewers across the country are trying to reshape the industry.
