Victoria, British Columbia-based Specific Mechanical Systems is celebrating brewing and distilling.
The business, which was dounded in 1984 and incorporated in 1986, has manufactured Canadian made brewing and distilling systems for award winning breweries and distilleries worldwide.

The company evolved from manufacturing 5 – 20 BBL systems in the 80’s and 90’s to fully automated systems well over 100 BBL in size.
In addition to building breweries and distilleries, Specific also manufactures process systems for other industries, including cannabis, dairy, pharmaceutical and oil & gas.
Specific operates two manufacturing factories at its location in Victoria, BC, and employs approximately 100 staff, including skilled trades, design engineers, automation engineers, project managers, sales, customer service, and office administration.
