Better late than never

North Vancouver craft brewer Deep Cove has just released a new 4.3% cherry kettle sour, oddly enough named ‘Cherry Kettle Sour’.

With flavors of fresh Okanagan cherries, grapefruit peel and mild acidity, the brewery says this is the perfect summer sipper.

While the sour sounds great, the timing seems late with summer beginning to disappear. All brewers should take note of this, if a beer is perfect for summer, make sure you have three months to sell it. The same goes for limited winter brews as well. Timing is everything.
