Winnipeg’s Kilter Brewery has just released its new ‘Elysium’ 7.2% ABV IPA. Kilter says that this is a luscious and divine IPA, double dry-hopped with El Dorado and Galaxy hops.

Kilter, which has been around for a year and a few months, has already gain a reputation for coming out with new big batch one-off releases which includes its Jajaja Mexican Stout, Coconutzo, Strudel Stout, and Peach Schnapps Sour Weissbier.

The brewery’s journey has been anything but smooth. Last year when pretty much everything was settled on its new space, the landlord pulled out of the deal without a reason why. Luckily Kilter has been able to co-brew at Stone Angel Brewing.
