Nova Scotia’s first craft malt house and brewery has released a beer which should put a red glow in your winter’s day.
Ridge Rosé, a farmhouse-inspired pale ale, has been sitting on Muscat grape skins for almost two months, giving the beer an amazing flavour and aroma, while souring the 5% ABV beer, says Horton Ridge.
Horton Ridge, locate in Hortonville, says that its goal is to bring an agricultural footprint to our regional craft brewing and distilling industries by supplying locally grown and malted grains.
“Our taproom showcases beers made with our own grains that we produce using the time honoured art of floor malting. We are also pleased to offer rotating taps from local craft breweries who use our malt in their beer.”
