Yakima Chief Hops is a global hop supplier and have launched their latest product — Cryo Pop Original Blend. The new product has been introduced to help bridge the gap of how to transfer raw hop aromas to the finished beer product by infusing finished beers with hop aromas. The beer-soluble pellets are supercharged with compounds to deliver tropical, stone fruit and citrus aromas to finished beers, for both commercial and homebrewers.

The Cryo Hops cryogenic hop-processing technology that is used to create this blend is now used for beer production across the globe which allows brewers the potential to make beer more juicy, flavorful and aromatic, even after the brewing process has been completed.
